San Vittorino is situated 10 kms from the medieval town of Gubbio, which lies on the slopes of Monte Ingino. Gubbio has been extremely well preserved over the centuries and is a testament to its glorious past.

There are many festivals including the famous “Palio della Balestra” (a crossbow tournament) and “Fiesta di Ceri” (race of the Gubbio candles - each candle weighs 4 tons). Both festivals have run every year since the 12th century.

San Vittorino is approximately 30 minutes from Perugia and 60 minutes from Ancona, both served by regular flights from the UK.
