Ultissimo is an Italian property development company working solely in Italy to develop high quality properties designed specifically for international buyers. In Umbria our focus is wholly on the restoration of historic buildings into authentic Italian homes with all the comforts for modern living. Modern bathrooms and kitchens complement the stone walls and ancient wooden beams.

Our development work is quite intentionally to international award winning standards – beautiful without being lavish, authentic without being opulent.

Ultissimo began with two restoration projects in Umbria, acquiring the first site in 2006 and the second a year later. Our plan was to develop small groups of around eight restored homes, with a careful balance between individual privacy and shared facilities. Finding the right opportunities, designing the homes, gaining building permissions and then undertaking the renovation work is a long process in Italy. But we have now completed both projects with a fantastic end result.
